i want to lick Prague and all of it’s candy coated Easter egg colored buildings and facades. we drink cherry lemonade drinks and eat honeyed buttered bread slices and look at pictures in fairy tale books and the woman serving tea tells us of a famous Czech one involving two sisters and a mountain and the gift of creating snow and she reminds me of someone i had met in Amsterdam last spring, a more gentle version. it feels like Fall and i get nostalgic and wistful for something that i can’t put my finger on exactly.
the window light in the hotel lounge is a dull grey glow and plumes of cigarette smoke surround the gentleman’s head as he exhales. forest green leather arm chairs with plaid upholstery on it’s sides and burgundy velvet curtains and walls that match the furniture holding still lifes in ornate frames and the whole scene looks like it’s set in Eastern European film noir with men and brandy and cigars and talk of espionage in the dead of winter and i want him to have a gun hidden under his jacket.
i sit in the sauna as she gets a massage, there is a man wiping down from the showers and his cock is huge and for a moment i forget that i am not in The States, where penises have their time and place in society and it is usually not out in a co-ed public spa and i could never wrap my brain around what the big deal is but because i forget i quickly look away and question whether i entered on the Men’s side but then i remember where i am and take off my towel and ease my body down onto the wooden slats and begin to masturbate but can’t finish because a teenage boy starts to walk back and forth past the Sauna door and i am definitely less inclined to cum with this happening and they play holiday carols here and later we wonder if they acknowledge the whole Christmas in July bit and never come to a conclusion because the food arrives and Strawberry Romanoff for dessert.
we lay on the heated marble floor of the bathroom, staring at the dark shadows and light fixtures on the ceiling and purple grey skies of the night. i get up and watch Columbo in a different language which just feels, for some reason i can’t figure out, right.
